Senior Recreation
To support the role of leisure as part of a healthy and productive lifestyle of adults 50 years and older; through programs which serve their social, recreational, intellectual and physical needs and enhance their lives. For more information please call 327–7418.
Project S.O.A.R.– SPECIALIZED OLDER ADULT RECREATION
Indy Parks and Recreation received a grant from the Indianapolis Retirement Home Fund to increase Senior fitness programming. Programs will last six weeks each, and will allow seniors to work on their fitness levels and athletic skills. Project S.O.A.R programs are FREE! Call 327-7418 for details.

An exercise class devoted to stretching, range of motion and flexibility. Does not include cardiovascular exercise.

Free enchanting evenings of dancing to live band dance music by local musicians. Dances will be in a different park throughout Indianapolis with the last one being the Annual Autumn Ball (see below).
