Tot Time

Bring your tots or your daycare group! Enjoy the new gymnasium at Bethel family center. Tots will play basketball on lowered rims, kickball and other physical activities.

Body Blast

Body Blast is a great program for youth who want to get fit, but do not want to join an organized sports team. Class uses games and activities to make exercise fun!

Teen Wellness Course

This program will introduce teens to lifting weights and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Teens will be trained and supervised for safe usage of the equipment and proper technique. Fee is one–time registration fee.

Yoga For Hockey Players

Even hockey players need yoga! This class is designed for youth hockey players interested in enhancing their game through increased strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and balance.

Introduction To Sports

This class features activities to help preschoolers develop running, kicking, throwing, and catching skills. Hand–foot–eye coordination and social interaction also emphasized.

Start Smart

Get a jump start on teaching your children the fundamentals of sports. With instructor guidance, parents will teach their children the essentials of sports: throwing, catching, kicking and batting.  This step–by–step approach builds confidence, self–esteem, and provides a positive environment that allow children to learn at their own pace.

Several Indy Parks Family Centers offer "open gym" hours for youth and adults. This is a great opportunity to practice your jump shot or join in a pick up game of volleyball. Sarge Johnson Boxing Club

Be a part of the action at Sarge Johnson Boxing Club. Come and learn the skill of boxing just for the conditioning aspect or train seriously to become an amateur fighter.
