Intermediate Tai Chi

Increase circulation, flexibility and strength. Class will use the Chen 18+ Essential Forms to learn more complex concepts and movements. Additional class fee paid to the instructor at the first class ($40 – 4 classes / $50 – 8 classes / $60 – 12 classes; Cash or check accepted.)

Intro to Weights

Have you ever wanted to use a workout room and didn't just because you didn't know how? This class is perfect for you!  Denise Hay will be teaching you how to use the equipment and how to set up a workout plan. This class is geared toward women.

There are weight rooms at six family centers open daily to help you get fit and stay fit. Fee is $3 per day, or see below for special pass options. Adults only. Pilates

Pilates is a non–aerobic conditioning class that will shape your entire body with a focus on the "core" (back and belly.) Class is taught progressively through a sequence of floor exercises with pose variations.

Rhodius Park Aerobics

This aerobics class is designed for both beginners as well as the more advanced stepper. The workout includes both work on the steps (high impact) and floor exercise (low impact) to improve fitness, and body tone.
